When buying a product or service from us, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for enquiring about the full details before committing to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a product or service when you commit to buy the product or service and you complete the payment process at our retail store. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are shared with you at the time of purchase and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments Due:

In case you have made a partial payment while buying a product or availing a service from us and the remainder of payment was to be made at a later time or if you have issued a cheque for the amount due, such time cannot exceed 7 days from the date of product/service purchase and you are required to clear the payment using alternate payment method within 7 days in case cheque bounce. We may initiate legal action if the payment dues are not cleared within the stipulated time.

Return and refund Policy: 

For any unused product (not unboxed, with the seal intact) purchased from us, simply return it in as-it-was when purchased condition along with its included accessories, packaging and the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date of purchase of the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

For any service you availed from us, we request you to check the result thoroughly and inform us of any deficiencies before leaving our store premises and we will resolve the matter to your satisfaction. In the rare event of you detecting an issue with our service at a later point in time, please inform us over a phone call immediately and visit our store at your earliest convenience, not exceeding 30 days from the date of availing the service. Also please duly follow our instructions regarding the use of products installed as part of the service in the interim. In either event, refunds will not be issued for services availed from us, including the products installed as part of the service.

Retention of right to change offering: 

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Warranties & responsibility for services and products: 

When we receive a warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will send the product to the manufacturer/brand authorised service center to either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. The final decision regarding the validity of the warranty claim resides with the brand/manufacturer of the product. In either case, we are not liable in any way for the warranty or product replacement claims directly and only act as the facilitators of the process. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us or the manufacturer/brand authorised service center as the case may be.

Indemnification: 

You agree to indemnify and hold Bespoke Car Audio harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered by us.

Limitation of liability: 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bespoke Car Audio, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bespoke Car Audio assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to change and modify Terms: 

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

Promotional emails and content:

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email, Whatsapp or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls, text or Whatsapp messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Preference of law and dispute resolution:

To settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, a Contract or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), a mutually agreed upon Arbitrator is to be appointed and his/her decision will be final and legally binding.
